Founding Partner Sofia Edvardsen
I am a business lawyer specialising in technology, digital regulation and complex commercial matters. Since 2006, I have advised technology companies and other organisations on the legal and commercial issues that arise when developing, launching, buying and selling technology.
My practice spans AI and data, privacy, cybersecurity, cloud and SaaS, Digital Health, technology transactions and regulatory matters. I regularly work with management, product and technology teams on matters where several of these areas intersect – from product development and enterprise customer negotiations to governance and regulatory proceedings.
Before founding Sharp Cookie Advisors in 2015, I worked in technology and innovation organisations, the courts and international law firms, including Nokia, Chalmers and Baker McKenzie.
I founded Sharp Cookie Advisors around a simple idea: legal advice for technology businesses should understand the technology, the commercial reality and the decisions the client actually needs to make. That principle still guides how we work today.
