As the purchaser, you'll benefit since IT services are dynamic; this is your security to receive the \"correct\" functionality level. The supplier's commitment often includes additional services such as corrective maintenance, standard software updates, patches, version of the software and support management.<\/p>\n

Being the supplier, these agreements let you define what level of service you will provide to customers and is a smooth way of adding updates and new features to your service (without burdensome agreement re-negotiations).<\/p>\n

We offer fixed price projects if we can foresee the complexity and scope of the work. Price example \u2013 For a stand-alone review or improvement of a contract, we offer fixed fees for our work in the range of SEK 10k \u2013 30k (exclusive of VAT).<\/p>\n
