SaaS refers to the means of how the software is delivered and is most often offered on a subscription-based payment model.<\/p>\n<p>SaaS agreements exist in a variety of forms and variations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enterprise SaaS Agreements for Business-to-Business (often negotiated heavily)<\/li>\n<li>Standard B2B SaaS Agreements (often presented as an online agreement non-negotiable)<\/li>\n<li>End-User SaaS Agreements (also sometimes called End-User Agreement or Terms of Use)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer our services based on our hourly rates and are open to offering volume-based pricing or retainer for longer assignments depending on your needs and preferences.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested to start working with us on reviewing a single contract, we can often offer fixed price projects if we can foresee the complexity and scope of the work.<\/p>\n<p><em>Price example project \u2013 SaaS Vendors hire us to develop their SaaS agreement package and policies and for a standard business-to-business (B2B) offering including sensitive data or to the regulated market, with three iterations of the documents, we have offered price estimates for our work in the range of SEK 30k \u2013 50k (exclusive of VAT).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A price estimate for a review of existing SaaS terms (main agreement, terms of service, SLA) for a non-regulated service is typically in the range of 10 kSEK \u2013 15 kSEK.
