We also act for buyers of cloud services in their transfer impact assessment determining if they can purchase and implement a certain cloud service.<\/p>\n

We can help you through the entire process \u2013 from educating the key staff in the transfer impact assessment process, evaluating the cloud service, to drafting the actual analysis and negotiating or re-negotiating the commercial and data processing agreement.<\/p>\n

We have also experience in dealing with the supervisory authority in the anchoring of your TIA, both as a proactive action (prior consultation) and as part of an enforcement action initiated by the supervisory authority.<\/p>\n
