We are looking for law students who are interested in being at the forefront of development and being involved in the development of the law firm of our time Sharp Cookie Advisors.<\/p>\n

We believe that your experience as a summer associate at Sharp Cookie Advisors should \u00a0 give you a realistic picture of what it would be like to work with us. Usually, your duties will \u00a0 be related to ongoing client \u00a0 cases, offer practical exposure to the company's legal areas and are representative of work given to associates \u00a0 at Sharp Cookie Advisors.<\/p>\n

Examples of assignments performed by summer associate in the past include:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Prepare \u00a0 and participate in the negotiations on investment documentation for investment in \u00a0 startups and companies<\/li>\n
  2. Prepare and conduct \u00a0 legal analysis of a consumer law issue for use in online terms and conditions<\/li>\n
  3. Prepare to analyze a cloud service agreement<\/li>\n
  4. Prepare documents for start-ups<\/li>\n
  5. Attend customer meetings on behalf of the Global Group Data Protection Officer.<\/li>\n
  6. Attend an annual meeting of limited liability companies and take minutes of meetings for the meeting's Chairman.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Of course, you must have the ability to analyze complicated legal issues, communicate clearly and with passion (both orally and in writing), manage your time well and produce high-quality work.
